OVERVIEW As a Expert Designer at Elektrobit, my role was to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the design team by establishing processes, mentoring junior designers, and fostering collaboration across disciplines. Additionally, I played a key role in leading customer-facing projects, ensuring that design solutions met both business and user needs while maintaining high industry standards.




My Responsibilities

Aligning Stakeholders on UX Priorities Worked directly with customers to gather requirements, define user needs, and translate these into actionable design solutions, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders and the design team.

Mentoring & Developing Junior Designers Guided and mentored junior designers, offering hands-on support, growth opportunities, and knowledge sharing to elevate their skills and confidence in design practices.

Scalable Design Framework
Developed and implemented design processes for improved team collaboration, focusing on Figma organization, design system implementation, and a structured handoff to developers.

Led the Team Through Transition
Took on additional leadership responsibilities during the design director's departure, maintaining team motivation, fostering collaboration, and ensuring continuity in project work.

Defining Clear UX Requirements

Mentoring & Developing UX Talent
With a team of junior designers, there was a need for mentorship, skill development, and UX best practices. I provided hands-on coaching, organized internal workshops, and created design patterns for user flows, allowing designers to work more effectively and confidently.
